Property investors in their own right, they realized the impact that could be made in creating the first and only nationwide and technology-centric acquisition and improvement (A&I) lending network. The Company is bringing together the best A&I lenders in regional markets nationwide to offer a superior on-line lending source.
Exclusively funding the needs of property investors acquiring and rehabilitating distressed properties, RMS has developed a proprietary enterprise technology platform to facilitate and expedite the analysis, financing, servicing, construction draws and transaction processing necessary to originate large volumes of commercial first mortgages on unoccupied residential real estate.
